How to become a centre
Before you can deliver an AIM Qualification you will need to apply and be recognised as an AIM approved centre. We have centres across the UK and nationally.
How do I apply?
We recommend that you read our guide. This will give you an insight into everything from the centre approval process through to receiving certificates. You will need to complete the centre recognition form and submit this, along with the required documentation to email@example.com

- examinations procedure (for centres planning to offer qualifications with exams)
- internal quality assurance policy and procedure
- malpractice procedure
- organisation structure
- reasonable adjustments and special considerations policy
- recognition of prior learning policy
- registrations procedure
We will send your head of centre our centre agreement to read, sign and return.
What happens next?
Once we have received a signed copy of the agreement we will invoice you for the full centre recognition fee. This must be paid before we can progress with your application.
Once all documents and payment have been received, you will be contacted by your designated centre lead to arrange a visit and finalise your application.
If your application is successful you will receive a certiﬁcate to show that you are an AIM recognised centre.
This process is reliant on you completing all these steps in a timely manner.
If you need help in deciding which of our qualifications are best suited to your learners, or you need help to complete your application, then please get in touch and we will allocate a business development lead to you.
Once you are approved as an AIM centre, you need to apply for qualification approval for those qualifications you would like to offer to your learners.
Please be aware before you start the application process you will need your staff CVs and/or certificates for your staff involved in the qualification you are applying for. You will not be able to complete the process without attaching this documentation
