Compliance and Quality Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a compliance and quality assurance administrator to work in our internal compliance team, on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
Overall Job Purpose
The compliance and quality assurance administrator role provides administration support to the compliance and quality assurance directorate, including processing centre applications, approving and processing qualification approvals and processing direct claim status applications. The role includes responsibility for the maintenance of records, filing systems and computer files, and preparation for inspections, audit and self-assessment.
The ideal candidate will be organised and efficient, with the ability to apply a high level of attention to detail to their work. They will support the booking and administration of all internal and external compliance events including requesting documentation, managing enquiries, setting up the event and creating resources to support. The role involves proofreading and formatting quality assurance reports, therefore the postholder will need to be able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy in their work.
The role involves liaising with customers directly regarding documentation for attendance at events. Therefore, we are looking for the ability to provide excellent service to customers and colleagues, so strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills are important in this role.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate, with a knowledge of Microsoft packages and/or have experience within a similar role, however full training will be given to the successful candidate.
