This freelance role represents an exciting opportunity to work with a successful awarding organisation and end point assessment organisation.  AIM Awards have a portfolio of over 500 regulated qualifications across a wide range of sectors from Entry level through to Level 6.  As an end point assessment organisation, we are working to become the end point assessment organisation of choice for the creative industries. 

The role involves writing and reviewing questions for our Level 3 Diploma and Extended Diploma in Games, Animation and VFX Skills. The qualifications include two externally marked examinations: a core principles exam in year one and a case study exam in year two.

The ideal post holder will be up to date with current and emerging technologies in the GAVFX sector. They will need to write accurately and consistently to ensure overall standards are maintained. The ability to work to tight timescales and ensure deadlines are met is an essential aspect of the role.

They will ideally have a degree and/or equivalent industrial experience in the creative industries. They should have teaching/training experience of the relevant subject and level, and they should have experience of exam question writing.
