We work hard to make working with us as easy for you as it can be. Each centre is allocated to one of our regional account teams, giving you a set of 3 named people to work with, all of whom can be reached easily by telephone or email. Email addresses are shown once you select the contact name below.
Each account team comprises:
- an External Quality Assurance Manager
- a Business Development Manager
- a Customer Support Officer
When you are issued with centre approval, we'll let you know who your account team is. You can also find out by phoning the office.

|External Quality Assurance Managers||Amanda, Katharine, Jenny or Lynda||External Quality Assurance Managers are responsible for ensuring our centres meet the terms of the centre agreement by carrying out qualification approvals and centre quality reviews. They are also your first point of contact for any assessment or quality assurance queries.|
|Business Development Managers||Carole, Karen, Simon, Ian, Sue or Jan||Business Development Managers are responsible for helping our centres offer the best qualifications for their learners, growing the business and working with stakeholders to develop new qualifications. They are your first point of contact for any qualification queries.|
|Customer Support Officer||Moira, Shauna, Natalie, or Jordan||Customer Support Officers are responsible for setting up programmes, registering learners, awarding and certificating. They are your first point of contact for administration queries.|
